Merchant refused to swipe debit card for “small” value
Merchant refused to swipe my debit card for purchase of R11. Merchants are not allowed to decline payment by card for “small” values. Merchant: Variatas Party Shop Parkview Mall Pretoria East. Please inform your merchant that such behavior is not allowed. Thank you.
