Merchant Card Machine - NOT WORKING!!!

We have so many times contacted the Merchant Services regarding the ABSA card machines not working. This is the final straw after this I will cancel your service and move over to FNB who have offered better rates and a better service. <br> Firstly your machines are weak in the general operations of the business....customers/employees drop them and they cannot withhold this!!!! The top section cracks and now the entire machine has to be replaced at a cost of R7000. ABSA you have over years not improved the machine to protect it....are you behind the times or what? TECHNOLOGY constantly improves and you don't!!<br> Secondly the card machine constantly reboots and hangs! What is going on here? Customers do not want to hear me and I am not going to take the heat for an ABSA service. You sort this out before the weekend!! I want peace of mind that all operation are running smoothly!!
