Memorable service

<p>I had to obtain signing powers on my mothers account who is presently in frail care in the vicinity. I visited the Absa Vanderbijlpark branch in town and our first contact point was the hosts on the floor. I think one of the ladies name was Erika Bosman. They were extremely friendly and immediately agreed to go and visit her at site to arrange same. In fact when my sister was here from New-Zealand to arrange same she actually picked her up and took her with so that she did not need to take a taxi. I visited the branch a few days later and the other host (who's name I cannot remember ) actually remembered my name. It was a pleasure to do business with them and these two ladies restored my faith in Absa. Absa can be proud to have employees like these ladies in their service. </p>
