MegaU disappointed with your service

I have app**** for the MegaU account for my son since 21 June, I still have not received any response from them. I have send all the required documents but still luck, I wanted to gift him on his birthday 25th July with a card so he can learn to save money, but I guess I will have to find a different bank now! case no: C-***9
