Mega Useless

I have a megaU account for my daughter and has been struggling for the past few month to redeem her free vouchers with little joy. I tried using the app and it stopped working last year and each time there is a technical error, when I use the website it shows that I redeemed already but no sms has ever reached me. Absa stop the megaU account as it is useless.
