Mega U Benefits never work now! You should halt the Promo completely.
Why bother promoting the Mega U Benefits for Mega U Account holders? Nothing works when retrieving the vouchers - whether it be via your website, phone app or USSD Codes. And please don't blame it on the lockdown/COVID-19....these issues have been happening months beforehand! Please fix it, or stop your false advertising.
