Mega u benefits are a joke. Every month there is a problem whenever I redeem the vouchers specifically McDonald and Debonairs, when I get to the food outlets they would say the vouchers are already being used. I went to MacDonald's Fordburg this month and they refused to redeem the vouchers saying that their new system doesn't accept voucher numbers anymore. Please Absa can you do something about this because our kids are not enjoying the Mega U Benefits...
