****med by brooks luyt into settling the account
This is pure consumer harassment. I settled my ABSA Home Loan from the offer I received via Brooksluyt, and I was ****med. I paid up the offer on 31 January 2025, and they promised to give me a letter of settlement after 15 days, today is 24 March 2025, and I received nothing. I regret making the payment.....Nxa!!!! All they do when I make follow-ups is nothing but claim that they escalated the matter.
