****med by Absa vehicle finance

I bought a car at hyundai Benoni was financied by Absa installment not the same as what written on my contract Kim Carstens who drafted my contract is failing to sort out the contract keeps promising to have the matter sorted it's now has been 3 months with her. Tried to return the car to hyundai Benoni they refused to take the car back saying it no longer belongs to them I Sud send to Absa. Am now stuck with a car with a R1500 extra installment feel so ****med. Kindly please advise on what I can do
