I received a call today from someone from absa selling a credit card or personal loan. I politely told them that I am not interested at this time and ended the call. To my surprise, I recieve and email with the reference ***, thanking me for my application. What application? I said I was not interested. I need answer because if they did an enquiry on my name at ITC without my permission, this will mess up with my credit score. Is this how ABSA is doing business now?.
