Mdantsane Absa teller stole my grandmother's money

My 86 years old grandmother deposited R1000 at ABSA on Mdantsane. She had about R1509 in her bank account, the balance was supposed to be R2509. When she got back home, to her surprise, she discovered that she only had R509 meaning the lady who helped her withdrew R1000 plus took the R1000 that she went to deposit. When she went to the atm to check the balance, the card was swallowed by the atm. The following morning she went to absa, the ladies there were telling her stories that one of the tellers had more money when she was cashing up, they were instructed to sit down and that the lady will go to the teller to ask for a refund. The teller confirmed to them that she didn't deposit the money instead she withdrew the money in her account. They have not refunded the money yet. My grandmother is a pensioner and to leave her house to the bank is costly. It is very embarrassing and evil that the bank has ************* people. Just remember, as much as my grandmother is old, she has educated all her children, to come to Mdantsane is a flight away. Please resolve before we take further action.
