MBD attorneys has been harassing me since my judgement with Absa expired last year. <br> <br> They phone me constantly at my work after I have asked them very nicely not too and that they can contact me on my mobile after work where we can speak without interruptions and for me to explain sparing the embarrassment of everyone at work hearing.<br> <br> I have asked MBD how they can now re-issue this account from ABSA as it expired and I am aware that they bought the debt and that they can not force me to pay the debt over to them.<br> <br> Yesterday they delivered a new judgement with the debt from ABSA (2009) judgement papers attached<br> <br> Are they allowed to implement a default judgement as MBD for this debt that expired?
