Maybe Absa is the worst of the banks

The executors of my mother-in-laws estate have been waiting 11 months just to get a confirmation that her credit card account has been closed. I have never heard of anything so ridiculous - although their incompetency in other fields is also outstanding. They remove a large number of ATMs and the few left often just say out of service
