Maxine Peterson and Zainabo Sekete

After months of struggling to get my app up as a single mom who works almost every day. l called and spoke to Maxine Peterson after speaking to over 7 people she promised me, she will try her best to resolve it and even after she didn't get it done herself. She escalated the matter and l honestly didn't believe the previous agents l spoke to, but l was somehow at ease and actually trusted her. lndeed, someone called and l spoke to Zainabo Sekete and OMG was it my lucky day cause her service was just as prefect and superb as Maxine l felt like a luck lady and by the end of the call my app was up and running and l was able to buy my kids electricity. These 2 ladies are absolutely a great assets to ABSA and deserve all the praise. Thank you ladies.
