maturity of policy

I have a ABSA life policy maturing . I was divorced 9 years ago & had all bond & policies changed to my name. I was surprised to get a letter sent to both of us. I sent a letter explaining that we are divorced , the decree nice & part of the agreement showing that we have been divorced & this policy is mine & mine alone. That is not good enough for theses people they have to send me through hoop after hoop & then they still require her ID & signature. She has remarried I contacted her & she has sent them exactly what they wanted but still they will not pay out. Rediculus.
