Matured invisible account. No help from ABSA

I have been with this bank for almost 28 years and to say I'm disappointed and frustrated would be an understatement. No one is willing to assist me with my dynamic fixed deposit. I first reported the issue on thec2nd of January 2025. I must blindly believe that my account exists on their system and it's normal to not see my account when it matures. I've been getting different stories and explanations and none are satisfactory. My account has matured today and it's still not on my profile. I am close to taking legal action against this bank.
