Massive thank you

I would like to send a massive compliment to the staff at the Absa branch in Protea Gardens Soweto, Customer Service Department as its always easy to complain however people tend to forget to take the time and extend their gratitude with the excellent service received. I've been visiting the branch on several occasions regarding a credit card issue with Virgin Money. As, I opted to go to the bank instead of it being delivered to my place of work, which at first I thought it was not a good idea as we tend to have negative perceptions about the service we receive in most public places. However to my surprise, the team at the customer service department at the branch was at all times extremely polite, helpful , patient which to me says they definitely know what is the meaning of customer service. The lady that has been helping me named Nolubabalo stood out for me and went the extra mile in making sure that the issues I had get resolved, as I have been struggling with getting it corrected.Therefore, massive thank you to Nolubabalo, the Supervisor who was on duty yesterday and their colleagues in the customer service department.
