Marked in arrears on credit bereau despite timeous payments

I have phoned your offices numerous times since the 5th October 2023 and have been continually asking if my account is up to date and your agents say yes. However I've still been marked in arrears for the past 3 months and counting. What your staff say and what is on the credit report are two completely different things.
