I am seriously flabbergasted by Absa Home Loans Collections Department. I accidentally overpaid my Home Loan Account and I requested a refund on the 27 Jan 2026. I was told that the funds will be made available after 5 working days. On the 6th day without receiving the funds I was told by the Consultant that my matter was not attended. Imagine after 6 days, if I had not called I would have waited till kingdom come. When these ****ers want their money they threaten you. I was told I might get the funds the following day but that is not guaranteed. **** ABSA, julle ****e.
