Maladministrated interests

How is it unfortunate to you Absa team when my interest rate was formerly 11.08 percent and after national interest increase it then became 11.33.Where do you get 11.58?

To err is human. It seems like Absa has..so this occasional errors happen. Mistakes happen due to human error and mechanical error. Mostly they happen inadvertently and soon gets located and rectified by the inbuilt check systems. Sometimes glaring mistakes are immediately noticed by account holders and brought to the notice of bank. But when the amount involved is relatively less and the account holder also does not verify his statements regularly such errors go unnoticed and may take some time to be found and rectified.This is a recent matter stop playing me games Absa please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
