Making money at all costs, inspite of what the customer wants

I wrote and complained about absa life on the 1 Aug 19 today it's the 17th and absa still writes to me to say that they are finalizing a conclusion,how difficult is it to finalize a matter for more than a month,?what are they finalizing over a month,this is a simple matter I DO NOT WANT ANY INCREMENTS ON MY POLICY OTHERWISE REFUND ME WHAT I HAVE ALREADY PAID AND KEEP YOUR PRODUCT,! ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT, IM NOW 60 YEARS OF AGE SO I CANT AFFORD ANY INCREAMENTS
