Making Life Difficult

I was in the lucky situation where a family member left me money in a trust at Absa. The reason being to make my life easier. I share this trust with a guy who is apperntly family. In the past i have asked for money to pay for college and there was no problem.<br> <br> The lady at the trust contacted us and said that if I need a car that I sould just send them a email with my drivers license and a quote, and so I did on the 3rd of January 2015. I waited patiently for a month and then started asking around what was going on, and we got no reply. I need this car to do my work becaude for now I am using my mothers car which I cannot anymore because I am 22 and want to move out but can't cause of this situation. It is making my job difficult and also my life at the moment. <br> <br> I sent emails to the person handeling it on 3, 10 and 11 February and still have no answers. I understand that it is not a easy thing working with other peoples money but more than a month without any answers is a bit far fetched. I hope someone can give me answers.
