Making arrangements does not stop Absa from taking all the cash at once

After being called a number of times, I made an arrangement for R500 from January 2018 as there was another debit order that deducted on my account that was not authorized in November. Now i am still struggling to get the other debit order cancelled, made arrangement when a was phoned. And mind you I was phoned 3 or 4 more times after that. But being told now that there is no arrangement and that i am lying. Best would be to close my salary account and move to another bank were people don't accuse you of lying. Why would i keep money on my account since Mid December and know that if i don't make an arrangement that the cash would be taken. Then being told there is no manager on duty. So close up and look for assistance from another bank to pay school fees that is due on 15/01/2018 that Absa deducted from my account.
