Maintenance plan

This is the second time that ABSA is doing this to me, the first time was when I wanted to cancel the home loan protector and building insurance with ABSA, if took them months to cancel the policy in the mean while I have to pay the new company as well, when ABSA finally cancelled the policies they confirmed that the refund will be made into my Home Loan account and that I will have access to the R3500 once I own less than the loan amount. Now that I own them less than the borrowed amount I was informed that I do not have access to them money.<br> <br> Now this happened to me again, I was contacted the a company called Innovation group, for a service plan on my vechile. I agread to the maintenance plan and the R146.00 was included in my premium that ABSA deducts for my vehicle fiance. The Innovation policy was expired in March 2015, I was not aware of this as I was not contacted by Innovation nor by ABSA, when I received my statement this month I took a closer look and found that I am still paying for a policy that expired in March 2015.<br> <br> I contacted ABSA for the last three days, and was informed that the policy will only be cancelled end of next month. They are refusing to refund me.
