Main player in the field is a dud

I uploaded and emailed my Fica documents to ABSA Fica department and months later it is still not done. Last year I struggled for nearly a year to get them to Fica my account until they eventually locked my online banking. Pathetic service from a supposedly main player.

There has been no email until this morning. My online account has once again been locked because of Absa Fica departments total incompetence. We are forced through government legislation to Fica but once again there are no competant people to man this department
