Made Claim on 10 October And Nothing has been done upto now

I made a claim on 10 October and made complaint here on Hello Peter and they responded by telling to find my own contractor to fix the roof now i have found the contractors but i need to submit a quotation because they can't start work without deposit money, The problem now i don't know where to submit the quote the number they gave me is not going through ********** 392. And its raining the water is going to cause more damage .
