Made arrangement to PAY only to be handed over
I made an arrangement with Christina at ABSA on 9 October that payment of my Virgin Money credit card will be done on the 16th of Oct due to a problem with my salary. I made payment as promised. Today I received a message to inform me that my account has been handed over to NORTON LAMBRIANOS. For what?? I stuck to my arrangement so on what grounds did they make such a decision? I will fight this battle with the CPA, so best they fix it immediately proof of payment can be provided upon request. DISGUSTING,
