Mad customer

I'm am so disappointed, I'm currently still setting inside absa at Birch acres mall waiting to be assisted. The lady at the entrance took my details and told me to wait aside with some few people.. Whilst waiting I noticed people coming in being placed on the line that I'm currently sitting in. My problem is that I had to wait outside whilst people who came after me see go inside. I'm mad..
