MAC ROBERTS ATTORNEYS AND ABSA

I have an arrears credit card, due to retrenchment. I am now handed over to MAC ROBERT ATTORNEYS! The worst pathetic services from these collections agency. I am paying but every month they don't pick up the payment,. Constant calls, constant harassment. Contacted ABSA Credit card division they unable to help! ALL I WANT IS NOT TO PAY A 3RD PARTY. SERVICES IS PATHETIC, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A DISGRACE.
