Lucy Mathonsi provides bad service
My account *** was blocked by Lucy Mathonsi. I sent her proof of payment and numerous emails pleading with her to open my account but to my surprise she doesn't want to. Since yesterday, she doesn't even respond to my emails, So disheartening. Is it how Absa employees treats their customers, Do they feel more powerful than any of us? She must get off her high horse and service us, She's behind that desk to serve us not judge us. Let that sink in

05 Aug 2024, 12:40I still haven't received any assistance. I still cannot transact after a full week of back and forth now I'm being told to wait the investigation is still ongoing. Sibongile Mntambo the manager is protecting Lucy Marry Mathonsi. I have sent legitimate and relevant documentation but still no hold has been removed
