Loyalty Reward
I'm writing this review on this platform, as trying to contact Absa and reach the correct department is almost impossible. I was offered a loyalty reward for settling my vehicle finance and re-financing with absa withing 90 days. I do abide by all the T's&C's from my previous call with the relevant people. I wish for this to be sorted out as per absa's written agreement. Regards Gavin

24 Oct 2025, 17:54So after a week of investigations all I receive is another email stating that you need another week to investigate !. Are you investigating how to ******* your customers and you falsely advertise this so called loyalty reward. It has been more than 45 days (excluding weekends and public holidays) ? ABSA bank you are in breach of your terms and conditions and your written contract. I have been your customer since absa began, this is loyalty! Time to step up and stop messing with your long term customers.
