Loyalty means nothing at Absa

I am quiet disappointed at Absa, have been their client for the past 11 years but when i apply for a credit card using the Absa bank app i am unable to finish the process. When I was about to finish the process I get "Technical error". Tried calling and was taken from pillar to post. I was told they will investigate and call me but even now I haven't received their call. Even thinking to move to other banks that has better services.
