Loyalty down the drain!

I called absa customer line querying about the money that went missing from my account no-one could answer me they kept on telling me about reserved transactions that went off. I told them reserved amounts have never affected my available balance ever! Why now? After speaking to 2 consultant and I still went to visit my nearest bank no- can tell what's happening. Honestly I'm so disappointed because I've been baking with Absa for a while now and not once have I had issed with money or missing amounts! This has definitely given me a reason to change banks because how can 3 consultants not see the issue.😒
