Personal loan department.
I was on the phone earlier, did not get much help from the Department. Only to be told you owe an additional r R27k which are now in arrears???????
I do remember that last last year I made a call to make an arrangement again on the account as I am darling a covid salary and not the salary I used to own after a hard long struggle to find a job. Now the bank devices for me to cancel arrangements but there is now apparently no new arrangement I their records???
How is one supposed to become debt free if the bank keeps ****ing you in the ass with a ***tus plant?
If you only earn a small amount but R13k is debt your left with R0 to eat and make sure you stay alive to pay the ****ing bank back, it’s never good enough for these greedy ****s!!!!!! I am over this bull**** trying everything in my power to pay them back. I have now tried to make an arrangement but again a nice big **** you was given by you!
Also this bank has a very **** ****ed up tendency to call you a ****, when they say calls are recorded how the **** do you loose the record of the R600 arrangement you thought you had with the bank?
I can’t do this bull**** anymore!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! With such a pos *** greedy ****ing bank!
You Alyssa say you are there to help, yes you only Help yourself!!!! To see how you **** your customers in the ass with a broom!!!!!

I would like to request that the bank goes back to their telephonic calls where they say calls are recorded. I want them to go back till.last year near the end of the year from April till Dec, where they confirmed I did make a payment arrangement of R600, then all of a sudden the bank says the last call they had with me is to tell me my previous arrangement was cancelled and now this escelated till R27k. I don't take on a fight wiriut proof. I am don't fighting as you are in the wrong here. Awaiting feedback thank you.
