Lousy rates on paying and receiving forex on credit card

I am shocked by the way I have been ********** by the forex rates of your bank. I was charged in excess of R400 for two transactions in USD on my card. This is covid times and people cannot afford to be exploited like this by non-disclosure of rates and a lack of transparency within our banking system. Very dissapointed in ABSA and will soon be closing my account.
