Lotto tickets online

Absa online lotto ticket issue, i try to buy 2 line’s of lotto numbers and on submitting, it just hang and eventually say it was unsuccessful. So i try again and the same happen. I decided to leave it then, but then i notice absa took my money in double and there was no lotto ticket. A week later i notice the number appear online and it for the same nr twice. It a concern to me now. And knowing ABSA attitude toward they customers they will come up with all sort of excuses. And i am a customer been to loyal to ABSA, with all the years of bad experience from them.
