Lost Title deed

What an absolute pleasure in dealing with Godfrey Ndou from social media customer complaints for the past two and half months We did a complaint regarding our title deed that went missing in January, which lead to a delay in registration for the new owner and loss of rental income for us. He had listen to our problem and did not hesitate to get into contact with us ,if something was not clear even after hours .What an absolute star since this kind of service is not often encounter in South Africa .Payment received yesterday and we are so thankful for him He is a real asset to any company
