lost funds and closed account

I app**** for home loan improvement with standard bank back early 2007 of wich those funds for a loan must be deposited in my accout at ABSA ,unfortunately I closed my account late 2007 because I was going out of the country so the funds was transferred to ABSA in 2008 and it did not reach me as my accout was already closed so now standerbank has taken legal action and send Sheriff to take my car I complain to ABSA they told me to wait five days from the22 may 2015 so after five working days wich was on the 28 may 2015 when I contact ABSA again they tell me the guy who has been helping me is not in he wil only b available on monday and noone els can help me meantime I struggle to go to work and the wors part is that ABSA is aware that I did mot recieve that money and standard bank want their money that is lying at ABSA and they dnt want with my car that I also still pay I reali want this nightmare to be over nobody want to take responsibility at ABSA to say wat happened to that money in their bank .now am being published by standard bank and harrased and humiliated by sherrif taking my car jumping my walls.ABSA should pay all the cost involved.
