Lost can't believe this

<br> <br> Firstly a letter of Notification was sent to an address I don't live at advising me that I had 10 days to respond dd 09.02.2016. I therefore did not and could not responed.<br> <br> Now I receive a summons 03.03.2016 which was not received personally and was only told about TODAY.<br> <br> We made a payment on the 3rd of 33000 which covers November 2015 to March 2016, we may be out a couple rands.<br> <br> we now get told that there is still an amount of 39000 short how ???<br> <br> I have pops of 2015 payment if you require however you should have record of this.<br> <br> 2015 payments as follows<br> <br> 02.03.2015 R15.000<br> 03.19 2015 R8000<br> 05.07.2015 R16.300 (Which covered the month of April 2015 and May 2015)<br> 08.16.2015 R15.000 (Which covered the months of June 2015 and July 2015)<br> 10.28.2015 R8000 (No payment for the month of September )<br> 03.03.2016 R33.000 (Which covers months November , December, Jan Feb)<br> <br> Now granted we were ONE month short September 2015 and a few rands short for rest of the months.<br> <br> how do you still come up with 39000 short FROM WHERE<br> <br> The summons NEEDS to be rescind A.S.A.P until all the facts have been sorted out<br> <br>
