Loss Adjuster leon Govender, RUDE and ARROGANT

<p>I had been coverd by ABSA IDirect insurance for my car evrything seemed fine until my boyfriend got involved in an accident on 27th October 2016 resulting in filing a claim against the insurer. Firstly I couldn't get hold of the consultant by the name of Leon Govender he didnt answer his mobile phone neither did he return the calls until A week later on the 07th October 2016. He arranged for an interview the following Friday 14 October 2016.</p> <p> </p> <p>He said he wasnt only dealing with my case he had other clients to deal with when I tried to get an earlier date with him. After the meeting he requested contact numbers to my neighbour who would have seen the condition of the car before the accicdent, another number for a friend or family member to be a witness with regards to my boyfriends driving. The third person was asked also to confirm whether or not he indeed was in Port Shepstone on the day of the accident.</p> <p> </p> <p>I hgave him all the information requested and but he didnt call any person or get back to me with feedback until I called him again on the 19th October he told me not rush him he will deal with the claim he doesnt answer to me. I waited and called again on a friday 21st only to be told that my claim was in the verge of being rejected because Absa had no record of my inspection sheet, which howerver was submitted within the 7 day period specified.</p> <p> </p> <p>I told him how unfair he was being and he told me now he was handing over the claim to his manager hence I hadnt submitted the inspection sheet according to him. I got glasfit to forward me c opy again just to peruse this guy. Howerver I never got any response until I recieved a call from him on Monday 24th October followed by a letter of rejection of my claim to a statement which says I my boyfriend was the regular driver instead of me as written on the policy.</p> <p> </p> <p>There was never an issue raised to me regarding this as this is an untrue statement to be used with any investigation carried out or proof except for the mere reason that i use a company vehicle to get to work that defines me as the regular driver only to the company vehicle not for my own according to him. When I tried to call him to get clarity he just shouted at telling I shouldnt be calling him hence he has given me his verdict I should now leave him alone.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
