Looting by Absa bank

My name is Lindani. W. Ntaka few years ago I app**** for bond with Absa which was approved. In 2016 I experienced financial difficulties then I submitted myself to debt review of which Absa refused to include bond in debt review. This led in me deciding to sell the property. Upon trying to sell the property I founded out that the property is not according to plan which means the property is can not be sold. Last year I signed an agreement with absa that they are going to sell the property on my behalf, this year (2021) I went to the bank for settlement only founded out that I have incurred R36000 of areas which I feel that these areas are unfair as the property would have long sold should it happen that it was according to plan.
