Look out Absa *****!!!

<p><br />Employees at ABSA BANK takes information from your account to create duplicate cheque books to de***** your account.</p> <p>An ABSA employee somehow got a duplicate cheque book printed on my account. After receiving a notice from vodacom stipulating that a sim swap was done **********ly on my account they were notified to freeze my account immediately.</p> <p>Cheques were still allowed to be processed by ABSA after notification was given to them. A staff member gives information on the value of your account, money available at the time and the cheque numbers used at the time. They print duplicate cheque books which are then processed. This information can only be obtained internally.</p> <p>Your Money is NOT SAFE WITH ABSA</p> <p>The very information which you provide to the bank is used against you by what only could have been accessed by staff members. After contacting the ***** division I was told that I would have to investigate the situation myself to get further confirmation. <br />This happens to be on a platinum account. I hate to think about the manner in which they would conduct business on a standard account if this is how they treat a so called platinum client. <br />Move your business to a bank who actually cares about providing a service that they are getting paid for. Someone who takes responsibility for keeping your investments safe. <br />#ABSA *****</p>
