Longer waiting time and terrible capacity planning

Absa Galleria Mall is the most slow branch ever. You will sit there and listen to consultants talking to other known customer about their personal stuff. Not sure if they have staff issues or what. By consultants area, there's only 2 consultants instead of 5 and customer service 3 instead of 5. When you ask for help you are being told that it's month end and this is why the queues are long. Where are the consultants? Each consultant would be spending close to 30 minutes with 1 client. No joy at all when visiting this branch
