Long waiting periods

I'm currently standing at the bank branch in Absa raisethorp in the que for the passed 30 minutes. This is absolutely terrible customer service. It's the 15th of the month and only 2 tells are working. There are 10 people in this que waiting here. Also staff are very rude and arrogant. I dnt think this is Africanacity.
