Long wait for a replacement card

<p>I reported possible ***** on my credit card on the 12th of April. I phoned your couriers today who said I would only get my card on the 28th of April. Why such a long wait? This is ridiculous! I needed my credit card this weekend. I did you a favour by reporting possible ***** asap. I feel like leaving your bank.</p>
