Long wait at Tokai

The queues are pathetic. The waiting time unacceptable. 4 customer service counters but only one is manned. The service manager has not left her office or got off the phone to help in an hour. The whole branches staff are literally strolling around like tired zombies. Don't blame the pandemic! Your culture is bad.
