Long term saving *****

Hi my sister in law had a long term saving account with Absa and early this year she went to the bank to get her money because his son was supposed to go to varsity with that money

When she got to the bank she was told that she was sharing accounts with someone else and they going to investigate they will get back to her that was on the 07 March 2021 and on the 15 March 2021 the money was withdrawan by someone else in the town called Thabazimbi while she was in Polokwane

When she went back to the bank they told her they will investigate and they will get back to her at that moment the deactivated the account. When went back to the bank she was told there's nothing they can do and when we call the they told us the account does not exist
