Long Queus

I went to the Absa Branch in Butterworth to make a deposit @ 12h00 on the 30th of March only to find the queues so long. There was only 2 tellers initially serving us. Only after a while did a third teller come on to assist. I mean there are 7 cubicles to work from where was the rest of the staff and it was month end. I ended up leaving the branch at 13.32.It is unacceptable to service from Absa to be in queue for an hour and a half.
