Long queues

As a business owner, I am so tired of standing in ridiculously long queues at Absa Kolonnade! It is always the same - at least 8 people in front of me, and only one cashier, maybe two, if it iss my lucky day. When I lay my complaint at the branch manager (who overlooks the queue but never comes out of the office too apologise or help), she walked around the cashiers, smiled at them and walked away. I waited 40 minutes to be helped with a deposit. Today, again, I have been standing here for 20 minutes to deposit a cheque, and only one person has been helped during this time. Ridiculous!! Time is money in my business!
