long ques with only 4 tellers

today I came into Absa branch and the ques were long, considering that I only had today to do my baking I had to standin he que. I stood in the line for more than 30 min without the que moving. There was a lady(T Modzuli controlling the que and she told the people that were seated on the side that if they didn't want to stand in a que they had to cone early to the bank, as if they didn't have other priorities. Instead of apologizing for the slow service,she just went on to insult the other customers. I have been with Absa for a long time but today's service was the worst. Since I came into the bank at 11.40 at 12.30 there were only 2 tellers assisting.
